According to the E.U.R.I.G study, 27% of women in Greece, suffer from urinary incontinence. This condition affects women of all ages.

 

Types of incontinence:

 

  • Stress Urinary Incontinence
  • Urgency Incontinence
  • Overflow Incontinence

 

The diagnostic approach and the severity of symptoms is evaluated by  urodynamic study.

 

 

Patients examined at the urodynamic and pelvic floor dysfunction unit:

 

  • Patients with urine loss
  • Patients with vaginal prolapse
  • Patients with urinary tract infections
  • Patients with a failed surgical treatment for any related condition.

Surgical treatment 

 

Minimal invasive procedures

 

  • Tension free vaginal tape (Classic TVT)
